There are few simple steps to take and you will then have the website that you want, when you want it. The first step is to complete the Client Information Form(CIF). This will give us a good idea where you are in your website acquisition process and where you want to go.
After we receive the CIF, we will analyze your needs, resources, and what you want in a website. We will then contact you to start the formal procedure of getting your website built.
After you and Roderick Designs have agreed on the final product and a completion date. Roderick Designs will issue a contract which must be signed before work can start. You can electronically sign the contract online or if you prefer, we will mail it to you for your signature. We also require partial or full payment before work can begin. We prefer full payment before starting but we will accept two-four partial payments depending on the total project cost. All payment arrangements will be spelled out in the contract.
We accept checks, money orders and payment via PayPal. PayPal allows for secure payments from a credit or debit card or from a bank account.
After we receive the signed contract and the initial payment, we will create your customer account and give you access to your private, secure location to upload any materials you have for your site. Work will then begin on your site. During the design process we will give you access to a location where we can collaborate as needed.
Upon completion of the design and development of the site, we require that your account be paid in full before we release the site to you. After the site is released, we will deploy it to the web server specified in the contract. After deployment, we will give you all userIDs and passwords used on your site. At that point we recommend that you change them all, unless you have a maintenance or management agreement with us, in which case we will need the original ones or any you change to perform those services. We will also give you a backup of your site on CD or DVD.
